Please take a few moments to read the all the information provided carefully and bear in mind that by booking a ticket you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Your ticket is issued to you for the event (the “Event”) by Hull UK City of Culture 2017 Limited (“Hull 2017”). Entry to the venue to which this ticket relates (the “Venue”) is by presentation of a valid pre-printed ticket, print@home ticket or your digital ticket on a mobile device screen, and constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We recommend that you retain your ticket as proof of entry.
Admission to the Event is on a first-come-first-served basis. As not everyone who books tickets uses them, we make available more tickets than there are places to make sure we have a full house. We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we occasionally have to disappoint people. Please note that if you are refused entry to the Event, Hull 2017 will not provide compensation for any associated travel costs that you have incurred.
Hull 2017 cannot replace lost tickets so please keep your ticket safe. Venue pass outs are not issued and re-admission is not permitted unless otherwise stated. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering the Venue.
Hull 2017 reserves the right to refuse entry to the Venue, and will do so if you are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Please ensure you check the age suitability for the event you are booking for. All children under the age of 18 years old, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Hull 2017 may require proof of age for entry to the Event. All guests over 2-years old will require a ticket.
Hull 2017 may search all bags. Please note there are no cloakroom facilities on-site. Please also note that sharp implements (such as penknives, forks etc.), garden chairs, fireworks, laser pens, flagpoles and other potentially dangerous objects are not permitted within the Venue unless otherwise stated.
Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Venue.
Admission to the Venue is at your own risk and Hull 2017 has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negligence.
Hull 2017 may change the Event’s programme, and in particular the day or time of the performance(s), because of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. We will advertise change(s) but are not obliged to refund money or offer an alternative.
You are not permitted to bring professional audio/photographic recording equipment into the Venue without the express permission of Hull 2017. You consent to the filming and sound recording of the Event as a member of the audience.
If you have any access provision requirements, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the event but please book your ticket first.
Prolonged exposure to loud music can cause damage to your hearing. Flashing lights and other live event special effects will be used at this Event as a part of the show.
