3 New Shows now on sale

There’ll be plenty of music and laughter with the latest trio of events on sale this week at Hull Theatres.

The ever popular LOL Comedy Club continues its monthly showcases at Hull City Hall adding events in April, May, June and July to those previously announced. Bringing the best live stand-up from across the UK direct to Hull, each show boasts four outstanding comics plus MC Damion Larkin who was once championed as ‘one of the country’s top new comedians’ by the BBC.

Continuing the comedy theme with world-class musicianship thrown into the mix is the one and only Horne Section with their one and only 2019 tour which stops off at Hull City Hall on 2 October.

Five outstanding musicians, one non-musical stand up, there’ll be comedy, songs, enthusiastic dancing and a lot of mucking about. A unique show from the hugely talented band and Alex Horne, the creator and co-host of The Bafta and Emmy nominated Taskmaster, which won Best Entertainment Show at last year’s Broadcast Awards.

The music plays on with Some Guys Have All The Luck, which following its hugely successful debut at Hull City Hall this year, returns to the venue on 10 January 2020. A fantastic theatrical production celebrating the career of one of rock’s greatest icons, Rod Stewart – from street busker through to international superstar – the show features all the hits from Rod’s incredible career, including Maggie May, Baby Jane, Do Ya’ Think I’m Sexy, Sailing, You’re In My Heart, Tonight’s The Night, Stay With Me and Twistin’ The Night Away.
