Challenge Hull Week #9 – ‘Dance Together’

MONDAY 27 FEBRUARY

It’s week #9 of Challenge Hull and this week Hull KR Community Trust have set a feel-good challenge for you…

‘DANCE TOGETHER’

DO:

Get together with friends, colleagues or family and get dancing! Do it during your lunch break, while you’ve got the kettle on, or during the ad breaks of your favourite soap.

IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE MORE TIME:

Assign different dances to different days. Try Macarena Monday or Cha Cha Tuesday, pair up, teach a dance and spread your new found skill! Remember the Cha Cha slide? Feel free to take inspiration from DJ Casper…

THINK:

How did it feel to spend your spare time dancing? Did you notice a change in your mood? Which dance was your favourite?

SHARE:

Within the next seven days send us a video of you dancing or a link to your favourite dance routine.

Use #ChallengeHull and share your challenge on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can then tag Hull 2017 (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and Hull KR Community Trust (on Twitter) as we’d love to see your creations.

Check our social media channels or our website here next Monday for your next challenge. And don’t forget to share all the challenges (including your own) with others to encourage them to get stuck in too.

Good luck!
