Joining Mark Addy as Sir John Hotham in Richard Bean’s riotous comedy, Caroline Quentin will play his wife, Lady Sarah Hotham.
York-born Mark Addy is well known for his roles in Game of Thrones and The Full Monty, while Caroline Quentin, renowned screen and stage actor, is recognised for ITV’s Men Behaving Badly, BBC’s Life of Riley and Dickensian and BBC’s Jonathan Creek.
The cast presents many actors from Hull and the wider Yorkshire region. They include Martin Barrass (Richard Bean’s One Man Two Guvnors at National Theatre and The Mentalists at Hull Truck Theatre), Rachel Dale (The Gaul at Hull Truck Theatre), Adrian Hood (Comedy of Errors at National Theatre), in addition to Laura Elsworthy, Paul Popplewell and Matt Sutton.
Due to popular demand, the run of The Hypocrite is also being extended by an additional six performances which are available from today.
