Well its like we’ve never been away, the first two Acoustic Tuesdays after the re-opening of Service Station have been absolute stormers. Thanks to everyone who has played & supported the night already 🙂
Our third night of returning has a couple of excellent acts confirmed, the one & only Kurt Nelson, folky/blues acoustic tunes with a punky edge and Just Alam with his quality covers from classic pop to rock & soul.
We’re so happy to be able to get back to something like normality.
The audience & players (when not performing) will need to stay seated apart from trips to the toilet & for a smoke and as with everywhere else face covering will be required when moving away from your table. Some say this might be a good thing as you will see less of sound engineer/organiser Darren’s face…
You can book tables in advance to make sure you don’t miss out, just drop the bar a message on Facebook. Walk ups are fine as long as we have room to fit you in.
Performers are encouraged to bring their own microphones for safety, if you don’t have one we will have lots of spare mics so no sharing will happen and each mic after use will be cleaned and put aside until the next week’s gig.
As before, the night welcomes acoustic original acts or people wanting to play covers, its up to you want you want to perform. Please try and get down as close to 8pm as you can.
