Bankside Gallery is Hull’s street art quarter – with artwork painted on legal walls over a 3km area.
The area attracts artists from across the country and changes every day. More than 1,000 pieces have been painted since it began in March 2018.
The streets are the gallery and it is completely free.
Location:
The artwork stretches from the banks of the River Hull in the city centre (opposite the Museums Quarter), through the Wincolmlee Industrial estate, to Bankside & Clough Road.
Accessibility The area has foot paths to walk on, but can be busy at times so be careful when crossing roads in the area. You will have to cross some busy junctions etc.
Some of the paths may be uneven & hard to negotiate.
The streets are the gallery.
