The final season of BP’s Lecture Series looks to the next stage of Hull and the rest of the UK’s creative journey.

Hear from Alex Beard, CEO of the Royal Opera House; Peter Mather, BP’s Regional VP for Europe; Sandy Nairne, former Director of the National Portrait Gallery; St John Simpson, Senior Curator for the British Museum; and Sir Ian Blatchford, Director and CEO of the Science Museum Group, as they share with us their personal creative journey, the obstacles they faced, the challenges they overcame and how this shaped them into cultural leaders.

Tickets to these events are free and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that as not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure we have a full house we send out more tickets than there are places. We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we occasionally have to disappoint people so please arrive early.
