Summary

Are you a rugby player or footballer, a leap-frogger or online gamer? Do you play hopscotch, conkers, sardines, or hide and seek? Were you a spacehopper, action man, doll, or chopper bike fan? What about snap and snakes and ladders? In years gone by what games did children play in Queen’s Gardens?

Come and get playful with clay. Help make a giant playground sculpture of Hull’s games through the ages with artists Clayground Collective.

This is a drop in event for families to take part in. The activity will take place during National Playday on Wednesday 2 August from 11am – 3pm and towards the end of the activity there will be an opportunity to view the result of the day’s clay sculpting.

This activity is part of  The Sixteen Thousand which aims to give early years children in Hull the opportunity to explore their creativity using clay.
