Join the University of Hull for the Festival of Archaeology.

Thursday 27 July & Friday 28 July

Visitors may expect to take part in several spinning, dying, and weaving workshops at Blaydes House, a listed Georgian property.

Saturday 29 July

There will be a lecture on the importance of archaeology in the community as well promoting archaeological awareness of the area. You can also see and handle archaeological finds from some of the sites in the area. There will be various quizzes on what you’ve learned and the opportunity to win prizes.
