Hull School of Art and Design’s Fine Art students are opening up their studios for a festive gathering to share their work-in-progress and to celebrate Hull UK City of Culture 2017!

Drop in at any time between 5pm and 8.30pm and meet talented emerging artists, learn about their work, network with artists and art-lovers alike and get a sneaky peak at what’s in store for the 2018 Degree Show.

This event is free but please book in advance, refreshments will be made available, and expect some cheesy music with naff decorations. Festive attire is also optional.

Are there any age requirements to to enter the event?

Alcohol will not be served at the event so people of all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult as this is a working studio.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a small Pay and Display car park next to the Hull School of Art & Design which is free after 6pm. Princes Quay car park is also close by, with parking only £1 after 6pm.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Lauren Saunders, a 3rd Year Fine Art Student and the event organiser, can be emailed at lauren@laurensaundersart.co.uk. Alternatively, you can telephone the college on 01482 329 943 to speak to the Fine Art Department.
