A brand new health and fitness show is coming to Hull this Spring.

The Sport, Health and Fitness Show will be hosted at the Bonus Arena on Saturday, 25 May.

The event will demonstrate a wide variety of sports and fitness clubs and build on the passion of sport across the region. It will allow visitors the chance to learn about and even try their hand at new sports, learn about nutrition, pick up new sportswear and equipment and even meet and hear from some great sporting personalities and influences.

Tickets for the event are completely free. Confirmed to appear so far are Hull FC and Hull KR, Hull City Ladies football team and Tommy Coyle with many more to be announced.

Tommy Coyle said: “Hull has special place in my heart – the people who live here have been good to me, not only have they supported me in victory but they have continued to support in defeat also. I like to give back in numerous ways to the city as a thank you and one of those ways is ensuring that all kids under 17 have free access to my academies. Our health and wellbeing is so important but a lot of people don’t quite understand how important it is. Health is wealth.”
