Viking FM’s DJ Darren Spence brings you a well-being morning like no other with an uplifting soundtrack, yoga by Michelle from Lion Heart Yoga and the chance to eat breakfast and chat with like-minded early risers who have chosen to #EmbraceTheDay on Friday the 26th of July, between 7 and 10am.

It’s all happening at The Lexington Rooftop Bar and Terrace on the 4th floor of DoubleTree by Hilton, Hull and will be flooded with the sunrise and the first hours of daylight while you choose to stretch on the yoga mats or, even better, move and energise your body on the dancefloor.
