Heritage Talk – HT600 – Helen Good, The Flight Into Egypt

Religious art pieces are among the most striking and symbolic pieces in the world. Filled with hidden messages, contextual clues and the employment of symbolism to an insane degree, it could take ages to decipher the ‘true meaning’ behind just one painting. Thankfully, we’re helping to take the effort out!

Join former University of Hull lecturer Helen Good in this edition of our biweekly Heritage Talks, where she takes a deep dive into The Flight Into Egypt.

The talks are free entry, so please feel free to join at any time in the Minster chancel.

We work on the donation system. It costs £1000 a day to keep Hull Minster open so if you can give, thank you. Donation points are at every door.

James Cameron is our Heritage Project Manager funded by National Lottery heritage Fund.

Join us online by clicking here! Room opens at 11:50 on the day.
