A rising star of the UK folk scene, Saskia is frequently compared to the likes of Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell and Eva Cassidy for her extraordinary vocal tone, and her original songs draw on the genres of Americana, roots & darker folk music.
Saskia started from the ground up, by busking her way across England, generating crowdfunding, securing several Arts Council grants, and finally touring nationally and internationally and receiving regular BBC radio play.
Support will come in the form of the very popular ‘performer’s circle’ with three excellent local acts, each taking it in turns to perform one number at a time.
