Come and join in the arm knitting craze by making a chunky cosy blanket in the comfort of the Brew House Tower at Burton Constable Hall & Grounds. (For ease of knitting with arms, you are advised to wear a short sleeve top).
Learn how to knit with super size yarn using your arms instead of needles. Even non-knitters can make a person sized throw in just a couple of hours!
Upon booking this workshop please indicate which colour yarn you would like to use on the day. Please list a first and second choice as availability is dependant on supplier stock.
Colour Choices: Denim, Cream, Bright Pink, Midnight Blue, Mustard, Slate Green, Mushroom Pink, Mid Grey. Lilac, Peacock Green, Light Silver, Light Teal, Red, Pearl, Pink, Sky Blue, Dove Grey.
Once you know how, you’ll be making them for every room! The yarn is 100% acrylic, vegan friendly, super soft and washable.
Cost: £60 includes 2kg of giant acrylic yarn plus light refreshments, as well as access to Burton Constable Grounds, Parkland & Stables and 10% discount at Stables Kitchen.
Classes: Select either 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm.
