Presented as a site specific show as part of the Out Of The Box 2024 commissions, supported by Hull City Council Arts Development.

Multimedia based artist Pheobe riley Law and musician Claire Holdich explore nature’s reclamation of place, community cohesion and the economic divides surrounding Pearson Park and surrounding areas within the City of Hull.

Using specialised microphones to record environments such as moss, soil, trees, and other microworlds which are beyond our normal range of hearing.

Situated between Princes Avenue and Beverley Road, Pearson Park is a family-friendly, open space filled with Victorian grandeur. Featuring a children’s play area and a conservatory greenhouse, the park was the first public park in Hull and was established in the 1860s by Zachariah Pearson, then Mayor of Hull.
