Dir Park Chan-wook | South Korea | 2025 | 139 mins | Rating TBC | Korean, English
Longtime paper-industry veteran Yoo Man su loses his job after 25 years, upending his stable family life with wife and children. Humiliated and unable to find new work, Man-su becomes desperate to secure a position, so desperate that he hatches a dark, violent plan: he will eliminate his competition, murdering candidates to guarantee a vacancy just for him. As his moral collapse accelerates, the film becomes a biting satire of corporate cruelty, economic insecurity and the brutal pressures of survival in a cynical system.

“Not just Park’s funniest film, but his most humane, too – and that’s quite something for a comedy as violent as this one.” ★★★★★ Nicholas Barber, BBC”
