Colliderfest is a festival celebrating science and art! Evolving from the Hull Science Festival, this annual Spring event partners with Hull Museums and Hull City Council and returns in March 2026.
The first two days focus on schools with science shows, workshops, and exhibitions by leading scientists and industry experts. The weekend invites families and young people to enjoy interactive exhibits, creative challenges, and live performances, while evening events feature content for older audiences.
Building on a legacy of iconic sci-art events, Colliderfest promises to inspire, educate, and entertain.
British space scientist and science educator, Dame Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock, Team GB Olympian Grant Hardie and British Ice Dancing great, Christopher Dean will visit Hull this March as part of ColliderFest 2026.
From Thursday 12 – Sunday 15 March, Hull City Centre will once again become a centre for science, creativity and culture as the celebration of all things STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) returns.
Following the resounding success of its debut last year, the 2026 ColliderFest programme, now live here, promises an even more dynamic festival of imagination, exploration and wonder.
