Ambiente Hull is an independent tapas restaurant and sherry bar on one of Hull’s favourite indie streets; Humber Street!

Once a fruit and veg warehouse, we’ve transformed this space into a lively dining destination, featuring al fresco dining, cosy booths, a buzzing bar area, and restaurant seating. Whether it’s a casual catch-up or a special occasion, Ambiente is the perfect spot.

Our menu draws inspiration from our chef’s adventures in Spain, highlighting regional specialities, high-quality Spanish produce, and the freshest local ingredients. We take pride in using traditional Spanish cooking techniques, with an entire section dedicated to dishes from our fiery Josper BBQ oven, so there's something for everyone!

If drinks are your thing, our menu offers a wide selection of Spanish wines, gin, cerveza, sangria, and of course, sherry - a true favourite! It's the ideal setting to relax, sip on a glass of wine or two, and enjoy great food with great company.
