Ambiente is an independent tapas restaurant & sherry bar located on Humber Street, within a stone throw of the marina. Formerly a fruit and veg warehouse, this space now has a choice of al fresco dining, cosy booths, a vibrant bar area and restaurant seating making it ideal for all occasions.

The menu consists of over 30 traditional hot, Spanish, tapas dishes which have been influenced by flavours from around the world. But by using a mix of authentic, high-quality Spanish producers as well as Yorkshire suppliers, Ambiente offers gourmet Mediterranean tapas with a Yorkshire twist.

In keeping with the Spanish style, the drinks menu includes a wide selection of sherry and wine, so make sure to ask for recommendations for your meal. As well as the drinks, the Spanish theme continues with a fire breathing Josper oven which enhances the flavour of many of the dishes available.
