A free chess festival taking place at the Princes Quay Shopping Centre in the heart of Hull.
Chess in Schools and Communities and the Hull and East Riding Chess Association invite you to join their celebration of chess on Sunday, July 7th, part of ChessFest 2024. Featuring:

Individuals, groups and families are all invited to take part completely free. Whether you are a shopper, stopping for lunch, a passerby, a chess enthusiast or just curious to learn more about this great game, come along and join us.
Venue Details
Princes Quay is a multi-purpose shopping centre in Hull City Centre, boasting a number of retail outlets, art galleries, a cinema, a bowling alley, soft play and quasar facilities and a range of eateries. Situated on stilts above Princes Dock, the centre is built around a central atrium hosting regular events and community projects. A 1,000 space multi-storey car par is also connected to the centre. Please note: select catering and entertainment outlets remain open until late.
