Creative Voice Festival opportunity – Two Day Play
Make a play in just two days!
Join Middle Child on 29 and 30 October, 10am – 4.30pm for some exciting, fast-paced workshops where you’ll devise, write and create an original play inspired by Princes Quay. Over two fun-filled days, you’ll work with others to bring your ideas to life, ready to be performed as part of the Creative Voice Festival. You’ll be welcomed by a facilitator and professional actor who will help you to shape your ideas, write your own material and if you choose to, perform a 5-10 minute piece in front of a live audience! This session is supportive, fun and relaxed, perfect for those who want to develop their practice, or try something new for the first time.
Whether you’re an aspiring actor, writer, or simply curious about theatre and want to give it a go, Two Day Play offers a fun, inclusive and welcoming space to explore your creativity and make something amazing together.
Age range: 14- 18 years, but there can be some flexibility with ages or experience if appropriate.
