We’ve teamed up with Cocoa Chocolatier & Bakery, to bring you a chocolate making class with a twist!
We’ll meet at Hothams gin school in Hepworth Arcade where you’ll enjoy a refreshing gin and tonic on arrival.
We’ll then get to work, creating 24 delicious gin truffles, infused with your choice of our two flavoured gins.
You’ll learn how to temper and flavour chocolate and work with pre-tempered chocolate and prepared ganach to create your chocolates which you can take away and enjoy at home.
All ingredients and equipment are provided and our bar will be open throughout so you can enjoy an extra tipple while you work if you wish.
We are committed to making sure that our services are available to everyone. We are aware that our Grade Two listed building has limitations on accessibility, but we are keen to make the experience as accessible as we possibly can, as far as it is practical and reasonable to do so.
