Shelly is a performer in Le Razzle Dazzle, the last remaining topless revue in Vegas. Years ago she was its star; thirty years on she works hard to support her younger colleagues while continuing to live out her dreams on stage when she can. Off stage she struggles to make ends meet and attempts to repair her broken relationship with her daughter, while maintaining an on-off relationship with a world-weary theatre manager. She manages to maintain her optimistic view of life, until she has to deal with the news that Le Razzle Dazzle is to be closed.
