A vital component of the infamous ‘Madchester’ movement, Inspiral Carpets formed in Oldham in 1980.
Known for hit singles such as ‘This Is How It Feels’, ‘Saturn 5’ and ‘She Comes in the Fall’, they remain much-loved not only in Manchester but across the UK.

Hosting [w]eekly club nights playing the very best in: Indie, Pop-Punk, Alternative, Electro, 90s, Rock, and Drum’n’Bass. The Welly consists of three separate capacity rooms W:1 , W:2, LOUNGE, and our hidden ‘Pub in a Club’ Mrs. Wilson’s – named in honour of the woman herself, who ran the club in the early 1960s.
