The Northern Academy of Performing Arts is excited to return to Hull Truck Theatre with their interpretation of one of the world’s most celebrated and beloved movie musicals, Singin’ in the Rain. Journey back with us to the glamour of 1920s Hollywood. Silent movie stars Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont have it all after a string of hit films and a studio-engineered romance. But the silver screen is about to find its voice, and Lina’s squeaky tones might be the end of her career. Will Don’s chance meeting with a talented young chorus girl change the fate of Don, Lina and Hollywood, forever?
