There’s not many bands that have the respect of EVERYONE on the punk scene. But Charlie Harpers UK SUBS is that exception. Formed in 1976, the mainstay of the band has been vocalist Charlie Harper, originally a singer in Britain’s R&B scene (now venerated as the godfather of UK punk) the band has continued and thrived.

Hosting [w]eekly club nights playing the very best in: Indie, Pop-Punk, Alternative, Electro, 90s, Rock, and Drum’n’Bass. The Welly consists of three separate capacity rooms W:1 , W:2, LOUNGE, and our hidden ‘Pub in a Club’ Mrs. Wilson’s – named in honour of the woman herself, who ran the club in the early 1960s.
