The Dyr Sister returns to the Adelphi for a double headline show presenting fellow contemporary folk artist Daniel Merrill, who is performing with his solo project Nujumi. This will be Daniels third return to The Adelphi Club, having performed here before with his band Dead Rat Orchestra in projects such as Tyburnia, and Free Folk in Brexit Britain.
Nujumi is the solo project of Daniel Merrill, a composer, and multi-instrumentalist based in New Cairo, Egypt. Best known for his work with the prominent free folk ensemble Dead Rat Orchestra, Nujumi showcases Daniel’s talents as a solo artist, blending folk instruments with electronic elements to create a unique and immersive listening experience. The proceeds of Dans tour will go towards supporting the humanitarian needs of refugees fleeing Sudan and arriving into Egypt.
