Join Rayh (Raheena Fitumi) Mohammed, a Nigerian-British artist, photographer and creative technologist based in Hull. Learn about her multidisciplinary practice, and explores themes of identity, memory and belonging.
Rayh will talk about her experience of combining nostalgic portraiture with emerging technologies, such as Augmented Reality (AR), and creating immersive experiences that honour tenderness, transformation and the stories of underrepresented communities.
Rayh will talk about her experience of being commissioned by the HAIR exhibition community curators and Ferens Art Gallery, and her work capturing people from the Black and Mixed Heritage community in Hull.

Venue Details
The Ferens has a magnificent collection of paintings and sculptures, including works by European Old Masters, portraiture, marine painting, and modern and contemporary British art.
