Is the P&P per transaction or per book?

P&P is per book.

I want to order several books at the same time (paying the relevant P&P for each book) – is that possible, or must I order each copy individually?

It is only possible to order one book at a time.

How much is the P&P if I am ordering from overseas?

We are unable to ship overseas. The book is available for delivery to the UK mainland only. The cost is £2.95 based on 2nd class P&P.

Can I order online and arrange to collect from somewhere, as opposed to it being posted? I’m concerned the book will be damaged in transit.

It is not possible to order and arrange for it to be collected. In any case, this would still involve it being dispatched. We are confident that our fulfilment company will ensure books are dispatched without any damage, thanks to the robust packaging.

What events will the money raised be used for?

We are not assigning any monies raised to specific events, but all profits will be used to help fund the organisation in its commissioning of new cultural events and activities in Hull as part of the legacy of 2017.

Is the book hardback?

The souvenir book ‘365’ is not available in hardback.

How will the book be packaged and dispatched?

The books will be packaged individually in cardboard postal boxes and dispatched during the the early part of April 2018.

What will the book look like? Will there be a preview of the book available to view?

We don’t have any previews of the inner pages available at this time. You can however view our flickr album to get a flavour of the imagery that will be on display in the book.

What can I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged please email theteam@hull2017.co.uk, to request a replacement copy to be sent to you.

Am I able to cancel my order and receive a full refund?
