Nearly an acre of land with ponds and an aviary with picnic benches and gazebo with tables.

Plenty of parking to the front for all guests vehicles.
Now has 7 spacious en suite rooms with all the facilities of a small hotel but with added extras such as microwave and fridge in each room.

We have a top floor Balcony Room with amazing views of the garden.
Three ground floor rooms, one which will take a mobility scooter and is a twin bedded room. No steps at all throughout from front to back.
Lovely large breakfast room overlooking the large rear garden.
24 hours access with Free Parking, Free WiFi and Free Breakfast.
