What do medieval Japanese hermits and cracked pots have to do with being a great leader? In this fun-filled informative session, we’ll explore how the ancient philosophy of wabi-sabi and the practice of kintsugi can help us break free of ‘classical’ ideas about leadership, help us be nicer people and come up for air in a world focused on keeping up with the Joneses.
