ADAM NUTTER
Badlands on Fire is the debut solo album from The Music guitarist Adam Nutter. Produced by James Chapman, better known as Mercury Prize nominated recording artist Maps, Badlands on Fire is a collection of instrumentals born out of years of self-imposed creative isolation.

EXPERIMENT 637
Forming in the wake of two individual break-ups, Bradford’s folk / indie / electronic duo EXPERIMENT 637 are determined and focused on doing something positive. The two began writing together in the summer of 2019, managing to play just one gig together before the pandemic put a stop to their best laid plans. Over the following two years however, in short and intense bursts of collaboration between lockdowns, the duo recorded their debut album ‘Sleepwater’ in late 2021 and released it in September 2022 to critical acclaim.

After facing a devastating closure during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic under the ownership of a national company, the previous management of the Polar Bear worked to resurrect the venue as swiftly as possible. With an overwhelming outpour of support from the resilient community of Hull, ‘Polar Bear Music Club’ made a triumphant return in 2021, this time as a Community Interest Company (CIC). In collaboration with their friends from ‘The Sesh,’ Polar Bear is dedicated to offering free entry nights every Tuesday, featuring a diverse line-up of local, national, and international musicians. Additionally, the venue hosts weekly free entry club nights, along with ticketed gigs and live performances, catering to a wide range of musical tastes and preferences for the people of Hull.
