This 3D model is a depiction of all the cities of Ukraine that have been destroyed in the conflict.
Yeseniia, a Ukrainian artist who fled her hometown of Nikopol in 2022, wanted to show the contrast and the truth of her life, the way cities are being destroyed, and the thousands of people who have died.
She has been living in Hull since 2023. Yeseniia is a young artist anqualifies for the Hallett and Future Ferens Prize, in which she came 2nd in the 2024 Open.

Venue Details
The Ferens has a magnificent collection of paintings and sculptures, including works by European Old Masters, portraiture, marine painting, and modern and contemporary British art.
