The Minster Choir’s end of term concert will feature some of the choir’s favourite pieces from the past year.
It will include music by Britten (Rejoice in the Lamb), Sullivan (Festival Te Deum), Rachmaninov (Bogoroditsye dyevo), Vaughan-Williams and Blair, as well as songs by the Junior Choir.
The concert is free with a retiring collection in aid of the choir’s forthcoming tour of Germany in October 2018.
Venue Details
Beverley Minster is the Parish Church of St. John and St. Martin and was erected between 1220 and 1425. As a place of worship within the heart of the Beverley community, the minster attracts visitors from around the world. The minster is also host to a number of community, arts and cultural events.
