More than 40 puppet theatre companies will be descending on East Yorkshire at this year’s Beverley Puppet Festival which runs from Friday July 15th to Sunday July 17th in indoor and outdoor venues across the town.
Tickets are now on sale for over 60 events, plus a six-day puppet making workshop for adults, with the festival opening on the Friday evening with the Eurovision Sock Contest, by the Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppet Theatre, and Zippy And Me, a talk by puppeteer Ronnie Le Drew.

Venue Details
Beverley Minster is the Parish Church of St. John and St. Martin and was erected between 1220 and 1425. As a place of worship within the heart of the Beverley community, the minster attracts visitors from around the world. The minster is also host to a number of community, arts and cultural events.
