From the team that brought you last year’s sell out show Faustus, award winning writer/choreographer duo Josh Overton and Ed Grimoldby are back with their new show Dante.
Lost, alone and confused in Hell’s waiting room, Dante, a famous poet on a mission to do…something. Accompanied by a mysterious tour guide in her quest to retrieve her memories, she will join forces with some of history’s greats and face the flaming, explosive and occasionally lightening flavoured dangers of the Underworld. Can she solve the riddle of the Sphinx? Will Joan of Arc finally let them be mates? And what are they gonna do about that horrifying dragon that keeps setting fire to stuff?
