Elbow return in May 2024 with UK tour dates to accompany the release of their tenth studio album Audio Vertigo which is released on Friday 22 March. This tour marks a moment for the band to deliver the perfect show in celebration of that ten album career.

The landmark release of a tenth studio album in March 2024 for one of the UK’s most beloved bands underlines the importance of elbow to the story of contemporary British music. Having established a reputation for crafting timeless music and cemented their position as one of the country’s most respected bands with their fourth studio album, the multi-platinum certified ‘The Seldom Seen Kid’, the band are now rightly regarded as one of the most influential acts of the last twenty years.

Their nine studio albums to date have seen elbow amass a host of awards, including a BRIT, a Mercury prize, and multiple Ivor Novello songwriting awards. After performing at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony the band were granted the freedom of their hometown of Bury.

The venue is a state-of-the-art music and events complex with a capacity of up to 4,000 people for concerts and live events, plus an array of bars, lounges, premium seating and hospitality suits including the Connexin Lounge. The venue is purpose built to offer significant flexibility for any conference, exhibition, dinner or event. With 1320 square metres of floor space, making it one of the biggest in the region, the Arena’s flexibility means we can host events of all shapes and sizes – from huge award ceremonies to smaller breakout meetings, including the University of Hull’s graduation ceremonies. The building is owned by Hull City Council and is managed by ASM Global.
