The Awakening is a two-day event taking place across the Hull Old Town on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th of March from 6pm to 10pm. Highlights will include fire and light installations and performances marking the changing of the seasons from Winter to Spring and welcoming people back to the city centre. As part of the fun, Scarborough-based artists Wintercroft have designed an exciting Awakening-themed fox mask at 25 Humber Street (Old Tessie’s). The FREE drop in mask making session on 22 February (11am-3pm), is where you can make a wonderful masks ready for the event.
Please note, for Covid-safety reasons we will be limiting the number of people carrying out the activity in the space at any one time.
