Gentlemen of Few is a 6 piece Indie-Rock band born from the Garden of England. With more than a decade of performing under their belt, The Gents make and play their music with a passion that is ‘Hardly to be believed’. The Kentish Lads have made their name by playing stages up and down the country from the urban streets of London to the beaches of Tiree, earning themselves a BBC folk award nomination and some TV appearances along the way.
Over the past few years, the gents have taken all the very best parts of their folk beginnings and their love for classic 80’s rock and merged it into a sound that appeals to both the people that love the intricacies of folk but also enjoy the energy and passion of rock.
The boys have released several records across their career receiving multiple nationwide and international plays from the likes of ‘Chris Evans’ and ‘Mark Radcliffe’. It is, and has forever been, their mission to create music that makes you feel something; and this is exactly what they hope to achieve with a new EP planned for release in mid 2024.
In short, if you want to find yourself dancing along to a modern 80’s rock sound with heart felt lyrics and an energy that’s contagious, Gentlemen of Few are the band you’ve been looking for.
