Alumnus and playwright James Graham returns to his alma matter at the University of Hull to talk about his career as a writer for film, television, the stage and the inspiration that he carried forward from his time at Hull.
His prolific stage output includes Labour of Love, The Vote, This House and Quiz, with his award-winning work being performed at the Olivier, Duke of York and the National Theatre.
Ink, which focusses on the early days of the Murdoch empire, has recently transferred to the West End where it continues its sell-out run. The Culture, a satirical look at Hull’s year in the spotlight, will premiere at Hull Truck on 26 January 2018.
