A great way to combine your drawings or sketches, or simply learn this beautiful technique with, specialist, Ruth Brown.
Japanese bookbinding refers to a variety of traditional binding techniques used in Japan. Also known as Japanese stab binding with four holes, to create beautifully crafted books with distinct features. Stab binding is a really useful and adaptable way to use single sheets of paper to create an individualised book. Also known as stab binding, this method involves sewing the pages together using four holes along the spine.
It’s a simple yet elegant technique that allows the book to lie flat when opened.
