Join us for a truly memorable night in the company of the great Supertramp frontman and saxophonist John Helliwell, his distinctive playing and famously dry wit, his stunning big band and the unforgettable music of this legendary supergroup as you’ve never heard it before.

The set of outstanding new arrangements includes famous tracks such as The Logical Song, Dreamer, Breakfast in America, Crime of the Century, Take the Long Way Home, Goodbye Stranger & It’s Raining Again, alongside some less well-known gems from the group’s catalogue of hits spanning two decades.

During our Year of Exceptional Drama as part of Hull UK City of Culture 2017 we welcomed a record number of 108,000 audience members at our home in Hull and on tour around the UK. We were thrilled to work with a wide range of internationally renowned artists and companies to stage 13 home-produced plays, including 7 new commissions. We have announced our ambitious equality and diversity plans as part of our commitment to opening up access to all aspects of the theatre. The animation below details how and why we will be ensuring our doors are well and truly flung open to all. It was developed by the theatre’s Inclusion Action Group.
