Jubilee Event: Reverse Mermaids

HULL CITY CENTRE

4 - 5 Jun 2022

FREE

Family Friendly

They’re weird, they’re wonderful and they’ve got plenty of wow factor. Keep your eyes peeled around Queen Victoria Square; Jameson Street; King Edward Street; Whitefriargate; Trinity Square and Museum Gardens for these fabulously funny street performers:

Reverse Mermaids: These playful fishy gentlemen have swapped their tails for human legs and really stand out in the crowd.

The mermaids are on holiday in Hull, sightseeing with their huge googly eyes and taking in all the strange sights of the magical world above the waves. They love meeting the people who inhabit the dry land, greeting them with a friendly “fish bump” and capturing the moment with a shellfie or two.
