Mauricio Lorca, an acclaimed Argentine winemaker known for his big personality and sensitive winemaking touch, is now channelling his winemaking skills into the captivating terroirs of Northern Spain. With every bottle he creates, Mauricio honours the vines and winemaking process, crafting wines that are living, breathing works of art reflecting nature’s beauty and diversity.
Mauricio will present five of his meticulously crafted Spanish wines at our event, perfectly paired with a five-course tasting menu designed by our skilled chefs. With each course highlighting the unique characteristics of both the dishes and the wines.

The youngest of Ambiente's four sites, they opened their Hull restaurant in 2016 on Humber Street, one of Hull’s favourite streets full of independent businesses so they certainly feel right at home! Whilst the exterior of the restaurant retains a touch of the building’s past, the interior has been transformed into a contemporary, vibrant and upbeat space with a host of knowledgeable staff ready to welcome you with open arms. Inside you’ll find an open plan dining area, featuring booths, banquets and tables as well as a bar area. For those summer days, the outdoor seating area overlooking the marina will whisk you away to the Mediterranean. 6 tapas for £25, available all day Sunday and Monday-Friday until 5PM.
