Saturday Sessions are a newly commissioned series of free to attend live performances at Humber Street Gallery from musicians currently studying at the University of Hull and working across the city. Arranged and curated by Joshua Craig, musicians in the first series include Jack Brown, Joshua Craig, Aaron Green, and Amelia Quinn.
Through experimental sound, vocals, and live instrumentation, Joshua, Aaron, Amelia, and Jack will perform in response to the exhibitions currently on show at Humber Street Gallery.
Reflecting on themes, ideas, and sights present in our exhibitions, Saturday Sessions provides audiences with the chance to experience visual art through an eclectic arrangement of sound, words, and musical improvisation.
