Sing Workshops (2pm – 4pm)
Join amazing singers & choir leaders Ben & Dom for an afternoon of fun & uplifting harmony singing.
Ben & Dom will teach a selection of easy-to-pickup songs in a fun and inclusive way.
No previous singing experience is required.
The singing workshops are Free or voluntary donation on the door. Workshop participants will receive a discount on a ticket for the evening performance.
Evening Performance (7.15pm)
You are invited to extend your day, to experience an evening concert featuring this singing duo’s intricate & moving vocal sound as they perform a collection of songs drawing from their own material and arrangements of their favourite classics. Their thoughtful lyrics touch on friendship, nature and what it means for two men to sing together in this modern day.
The evening will be supported by Freedom Chorus’ Men’s Chorus, and local acapella group Answers on a Postcard. Workshop participants will receive a discount on a ticket for the evening performance, and be invited to join in with the duo in the evening’s rousing finale.

Hull's Albemarle Music Centre accommodates a performance area which seats 250 people as well as rehearsal and teaching rooms for 15 Hull musical ensembles ranging from youth orchestras and brass bands to jazz groups and choirs. Built for the city by the developers of the St Stephen's scheme, it replaces the original Albemarle Music Centre which was demolished to make way for the £200m shopping, hotel and leisure complex. The new Albermarle Music Centre opened in October 2007, providing an exciting new addition to the city that has been welcomed by more than 600 young Hull musicians as a hub of musical activity and education.
