The children will be given three important Magical Elf challenges to complete by the Winter Willow Elf …… As all the Elves need your help, as they are short of helpers {one fell asleep in a snowdrift…again!)….as Snowland is getting warmer and only new Magic can keep the snow strong and sparkling!
Challenge 1: Make a Woodland Wreath
Using natural treasures – collected at the edge of Snowland by the Elves —Including Willow, berries, pine cones, evergreen leaves, and woodland scents of Rosemary and Bay …Children will weave a simple Winter wreath to help strengthen Snowland’s magic.
Challenge 2: Craft a unique six-sided Snowflake
To hang on the shimmering Snowflake Tree, helping to protect Snowland’s magic and keep the snow from melting away.
Challenge 3:Create a Magical Willow Wand
Children shape and decorate their own unique Willow wand in the Elf workshop, with ribbons and 3 Magical bells, filled with Winter wishes and Magic sparkles, all gathered by the Elves from along the snowy woodland paths
Help to discover the hidden Winter Wizard Elf’s cosy grotto for stories, jokes, Wishes, Magical Winter Wisdom and a Magical gift
Oh Yes!!!… Whilst Father Christmas is away delivering presents around the World, the Winter Elf Wizard has borrowed Father Christmases’ marvellously sparkly, magically-flying Christmas bicycle!! It’s a one-of-a-kind wonder: silver handlebars dusted with stardust, spokes that glow like Northern Lights, and a tiny sleigh bell that rings, even when no one touches it!
The Keeper rides it into his Winter Elf Cave, a cosy grotto full of red velvet drapes, twinkling lights, and hidden winter relics. … Which hopefully we will be able to find beyond Snowland. He brings the unique bicycle with him so the children can see the Magic for themselves, up close — a rare treat, because the bike almost never stays still long enough to be admired!!!
He is here because Father Christmas asked him to watch over the Winter Magic……..and because he loves meeting new young adventurers who still believe in snow, sparkle, and stories.
Also, hang your own home-made Magical decorations on the Majestic Noble Fir tree
Plus add your old pre-loved Christmas Cards to the Pop-Up Christmas Gallery.
At the end of the journey, every child receives an Official Woodland Snow Elf natural gift for completing all Magical missions, proving that they have become true Elf helpers and an Elf of Snowland.
Bring along your own unique Elf name too!!
There will be festive songs, storytelling and movement woven through the whole Magical adventure.
What to Bring:
Christmas decorations you’ve made for a gift to the Noble tree and the Elves, old Christmas cards for festive cheer on the pop-up gallery walls, your favourite Christmas joke (as Elves love to laugh) and any Christmassy outfits or accessories you’d love to make and / or wear.
There is a festive cloakroom area to hang coats, brollies and prams…. plenty of space for families to craft and explore ..to make this a truly enchanting Christmas experience…
