DESCENDING NOTES LIKE RAIN IN THE ABYSS is a live-performance by Lou Lou Sainsbury, that tricksterishly remixes her video work ‘descending notes’.
Composed with sonic hauntings, crashes, slips, songs and offcuts from the exhibition, the performance spirals and beats diaristically through early Christian sainthoods to future alien intimacies.
Finding ground within the dizziness of trans sensuality, the work weaves an auto-poetic constellation of tenderness, solidarity and grief within friendships, more-than-human connection and everyday life.
