Bring your little ones along to this friendly, nature-based meet up in Wilberforce House Museum Garden for parents and carers with babies and young children.

Tree Babies and Tots is a nature based group ran by Phoenix Wellbeing. It is focused on the mental health and wellbeing of parents and carers with babies and young children.

The sessions are unstructured and encourage mindful nature based activities for you to share with your children whilst enjoying time with other adults, having a warm drink and taking some time to consider your own needs and the importance of self-care.

Sessions are free and there is no need to book.
